App needs an overhaul. So far it feels slow, clunky, and the login process is pretty annoying. As for the layout, it's not great. The information should be listed in one long spreadsheet you can scroll through rather than 10 pages, viewing 5 transactions at a time. Alongside this there are bugs that prevent you from logging in, the transfer of funds is extremely slow, and now its asking me to update my i.d 🙄 Is my password and phone number not sufficient enough now? Very irritating.

Functions are good but layout looks very dated - more like a website. The text is very small and menus are clunky. Fingerprint login option is good but prompt should appear straight away when you open the app. It can be slow to load and push notifications for approving payments sometimes never arrive. It would be great if it looked like other apps like An Post, Ulster Bank or Revolut. I know it's early days and I'm happy with the in-person customer service, but I hope the app is upgraded soon.

Coupled with exceptional staff who are always on hand to answer any questions, this very well designed app makes for an excellent customer experience. Its interface is exceptionally easy to use and I encountered no problems with it at all. Highly recommended!
