Programmed by slackers. This is an Android app, so the programmers can expect people to use a Bluetooth keyboard for sensitive, life-and-death information, yet they don't provide "Bluetooth support." Therefore, after writing pages of critical communication, the app will delete everything written just by turning off the keyboard, answering a call, or switching apps. Really unconscionable. Also does not allow you to see what has been sent. They are simply cutting corners. Reply below proves it...

We are not doing anything to prevent users from connecting a Bluetooth keyboard to type their messages. This can be done through your device’s Bluetooth settings. Switching apps and taking calls may cause your session to expire. Messages now have a feature called conversations where you can track messages sent.

App is great, easy to use. 3 stars because does not let me sign in with fingerprint even tho the option is selected, take too long to type all the information to log in every time. Please fix.

We have passcode/biometric (fingerprint) login enabled with our latest update. Please update your app to latest version 4.0 released on March 28th 2023 and use the biometric or passcode for ease of access. We value your opinion and appreciate your feedback!
