Always says "connecting" on my android phone but never stays connected. And if I am lucky and it does connect and I need to shut it off in the app to allow me access to frequent websites, I can never get reconnected. Worked ok for 1st few days. Wish I wouldn't have bought it. No faq that is visible, not updated the app in a year. Just go on take my money and run!

Update: nothing has changed. It's a terrible app. Delete>re-install and repeat. It's an incredibly frustrating app. You routinely have to delete it and reinstall it. It will work for a few weeks then it starts to struggle. It will just get stuck on connecting and never connect. Having to regularly reinstall the app is seriously annoying. I have to use it as it's part of a package I pay for but if you're looking for a VPN I'd consider other options until this can run smoothly, if ever.

This VPN used to be great. It has since stopped working. The same public networks I used to connect to are no longer working. I have tried multiple different public wi fi networks, multiple locations, and multiple settings. The only reason this gets 2 stars is that the support staff is pretty quick to reply, and when it was working I loved it. Unfortunately they have not helped me fix the issue.

Hi, sorry you're having issues with these public networks. They can be a pain sometimes, unfortunately. If you disable the auto-secure function in the VPN, then connect to the public network's captive portal, accept the terms, and then connect to the network. Then manually enable the VPN when you're connected to that network and that will work t...
