Disappointed 😞 Over all the Idea is good the device is nice and compact battery lasts long,the vest is good quality BUT the app is 🗑,couldn't access the app for the last month so can't see my stats therefore it's useless. Contacted and feedback the info to the support team recorded the screen toke screen shots of software version (app and phone) ...NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN (yet)..hope they fix it. Fix: Sit on the toilet seat and deleted the app,reinstall it and it worked (for now)

We sent you two emails on 3rd Feb and one on 8th Feb, but have not received your response. We also advised that you are not able to use the GPS tracker indoors as you had asked. Why after all this time can you still not split a session into two or more sessions?? You can't record the warmup to a match or if you are a rolling sub without starting and stopping on the app which isn't practical on a match day. It seems such a simple option to split a session, edit, select split and enter a time. I can't be the only one that thinks this is a very basic thing that would improve the experience rather than accepting you have to lose 45-60 mins of warmup every match day

It could be so much better than it is. Why doesn't it show the number of steps? The user interface feels just awkward. It's so difficult to set the rectangle for the field. The practice still shows the heat map when we train on separate exercises and it's not a map. The calories are only visible on the home page but not in the session itself. For such an expensive gadget, you'd expect a niche product backed by a working software. I'm confident they can make it a lot better if they invest money
