Don't bother! App forced me to update , logged me out. Couldn't log in, couldnt reset the password. 2 weeks waiting for customer support to give any kind of help. And NOTHING useful came from their end! They seem uninterested. Lost tons of points and a voucher. Edit: I already contacted the support on 29.04 and after repeating the problem 3 times I was told " we will send it to our technical team". 18 days since I asked for help and NOTHING was done to help me.

The most pointless app to exist! We downloaded this because the pub we were in were advertising that it would get us table service. That's not true. The app advertised you could refer a friend and get £5 off. That's not true. The UX is dire - you go round in circles being repeatedly asked to add your info again for 'points' - but there's no way of spending them. The app does absolutely nothing. It was almost comical in the end how bad it is. Don't waste your time.

The app advertised itself in Yates, Hereford, on a tablecard as a free drink. I wasn't interested in this. I just wanted to get table service like the wetherspoon app, which is excellent for this. All this app allows you to do is book a room. It's pointless in my opinion, although I suppose you can get points if you wish. For me, the advertisement card is misleading, and in the end, because the bar area was heaving, I left without buying a drink and deleted the app and unsubscribed from emails.
