Please add text notifications not just email! The app isn't practical or intuitive, it's too basic! Why are you forced you to add a minimum of $10? Why not just charge you for the electricity that you use? It doesn't tell you the current cost while charging, no graphs or important info. App is garbage! They installed chargers that require Wi-Fi where no wifi signal is available so any of the functionality of the app is lost. You can't monitor your battery level.

Never remembers my credit card info (which it's never used anyway, because the local chargers are free for much longer than I've ever used them). Unfriendly status message when trying to connect, too; I don't remember the words used right now, but it suggests that the vehicle itself has been blocked or otherwise disallowed from using the network.

I was surprised how well this charging network functions. Free for 2 hours is probably best for all of us. Good job Swtch.
