Was working very well and now I can't seem to open the app. Unistalled and re installed it but still can't open. My wife tried to use the app on her phone and it worked well initially after phoning a few times and then back as before not working so she got fed up. It was a very good initiative to streamline the medical claim process and it would be great if the IT team can look into it right away and having it sorted.

awful app. The UI is ok but the UX is extremely poor. 1. User cannot have the details of pending transaction. only given a reference number and user has no clue of what claim it pertains to. 2. Status of transaction is not updated once paid/settled in claims history/notifications 3. In notifications, all items duplicated 4. When notified to resubmit document. No details about which document is not readable. Could have updated only the incorrect document instead of resubmitting everything again.

Updated phone with latest android version. App just doesn't open anymore. Sent a facebook message on Swan page which was left on unread. Sent a mail and waiting to see if they come up with a solution. 3 stars because when app worked it was ergonomic and easy of use. Lost 2 stars because of this issue and no communication whatsoever from Swan's side on issues users may encounter and solutions to adopt.
