Pretty good. Bitcoin only, 1% fees, pretty easy to buy. Logging in is super annoying, having to enter your email in every time, go check your email, click on a link and then get in. Withdrawing is also rather a pain. You can't do it in the app which really sucks. So you have to bounce to and from web and app for full functionality. So yeah, a solid 3 stars.

Thanks for this feedback. We'll be adding much more functionality to the app in the coming year, including withdrawals.
We are also working to keep customers logged in for slightly longer. Unfortunately, to protect customers from phone grabs, we do have to sign out our customers after some period of time.

It seems like I have to run an update every time I log in. Maybe it's just been a while. If you see this, please respond with how many updates you've pushed in the last 12 months. From my perspective, the goal should be ~3 a year or one per quarter at the very most. Thanks

Good app with a good mission but I got banned and had my account froze for linking a bank of America account to the platform. Not sure if this is an issue on their end of because bank of America doesn't want to do business with swan and allow for exits out of the US dollar but either way by account was frozen and closed right after I liked my bank.
