Grabe! I don't know if it's the app or the drivers themselves. Booking are always late. It happens all the time. When you book let's say 8:30 am , app will say it found a shuttle for me , it will arrive 8:30 , however it's already 8:30 am but shuttle says it's 10 mins more , then you'll wait til :40 them 40 comes additional minutes adds up then you just keeps on waiting and and it's been 30 mins late already but shuttle still says is not yet arriving! I get its free but be honest with the time.

When the issue will ne solve? I had seen many times of the vehicle of libreng sakay at here Santa Rosa but this up doesn't work. As I student I would be thankful if this app was fixed, please do something.

The App doesn't let me get past the OTP stage even if I put the right OTP and the right number. The intentions of a free ride is good, but if the system is this buggy and not userfriendly it's a waste of time.
