Password setting option too worst..they are asking two special characters even wrote 2 spl characters asking the same

Always troublesome. It's a regular response either from land lines or cell phones ' try after sometime'. We have to feel lucky, if we get response and is nothing but , God blessed us on that moment. Its my past experience. So is the app case also. We have continue in guest mode.
