T-Mobile MultiLine makes is easy to add a second company-managed number to a personal BYOD mobile phone. Employees can now carry one phone while keeping their work and personal number completely separate. The solution gives employees a distinct phone number for their work voice calls, text messaging and voicemail while maintaining their personal phone number. The T-Mobile MultiLine app is simple to use and works over any domestic carrier network utilizing all communications channels: cellular voice, mobile data and WiFi. T-Mobile MultiLine also provides granular insights and analytics into work related productivity. Activation of the T-Mobile MultiLine service is required.

Bluetooth not connecting or disconnecting often. Frustrating as all other applications work with Bluetooth so I have narrowed it down not to be a connection or phone issue. Since it is a company line, there is not a easy way to contact or trouble shoot issue.

does not work well, no updates, does not pull caller id in a timely manner. uses personal vm if you decline a call. only uses vm if it rings out unanswered. pulls wrong contact list, only uses native list, not outlooks, which requires maintenance if two contact files, resulting in duplicates and old contact numbers being used to make calls.

The app is cool, in that i can run my business line and personal number through 1 phone. However, it is criminally slow. I've spent the last 15 minutes trying to send a text to a client and can't get app to even respond to my keyboard to get her number in!
