Unscheduled bank maintenance with no email/text warnings means no use of the app at the most inconvenient of times. Also having maintenance done on the app with no headsup during non-calling available hours makes it even more frustrating.

Loved th app at first was extremely helpful especially when life happens and had the ability to get majority of my money that day if needed. Now the amount I once was able to access has dropped considerably. When contacted support they said it had to do with my employer and to speak with my HR to see what was going on. In doing so HR director has no idea what's going on. So would be betterif I could actually access the amount I started off being able to use.

At first I had no issue using this card. But after they closed my account with $600+ on it, it has been horrible to get my money back. 2 months later calling them about the issue & I still have yet to see the refund check they said they'd send me. I've called 2x or once a week, & they don't care. This company has robbed me of my hard earned money. Terrible customer service that keep sending me in circles with no resolve.
