Can't install my device on it. In the paper describing how to install, can't make second step after logging in, nor the third step. Can't speak with a person on the phone so that someone explains the changes and updates on the app.

can't log in, says it will email me to reset password and I never got an email. yes I looked in junk mail and every inbox but there's nothing
