This app is the worse transportation app. I have ever seen. It is not at all dependable. It does not understand logistics. It is not accurate with streets numbers. Today I was told that there is more than 1,service connected to this app. The app can't even handle 1 service well. Why would there be another service attached to this screwy app?

Terrible. Service used to be fairly reliable, but now good luck getting anywhere within a reasonable amount of time. My commute used to be an hour and now it is 2 and a half hours because they don't have enough drivers for demand.

Trying to fill in the contact form or read the information, it times out and sends me to the main page. One page of fares has the wrong amounts. Terrible app
