Very terrible customer service. Very unresponsive. I placed an order since 6:30am today as per same day delivery with no specific time frame. Now its almost 6pm, no communication, no nothing. There is no one to escalate to, the number the no longer taking my calls, no response to my messages and chats. This is really bad as this was referred.

Any one can say anything as regarding a mistake, but dropping review to spite a company is the most immature thing to do .. spatch has been good and fair and sometimes failed but they always try their best to keep up with good service that's why i won't say they are bad but I would ask them to do better and thank them for the good services it's a business no business is perfect.thumbs up spatch..

Download this app at your own risk !Really bad experience on the first day of downloading.Firstly the customer service line has been on and off since 10am today that I booked for a package.customer service officer that I got to speak to was rude and didn't allow me finish speaking before cutting off the call.Its over 7 hours and no one has reaches out to me.The shipping of the item is still pending and there is no one reaching out to me or anyone I can reach out to.Five thumbs down for the app.
