Everything so far is pretty simple since the update, but as others have described, trying to deposit a check through the app sometimes can really be frustrating! The pictures are clear, and the writing is clear, yet over and over again it says "Something Went Wrong". I do not have a branch close to my home anymore, so this is very inconvenient!

Update- I love this app cause I'm able to check on my transactions. I can make payments on my billpay, check my balance and see when a payment has been excepted. But, I'm not happy that they discontinued with Card Nav. I thought it would be the same when the bank took it over but it's not. I like the Card Nav much better. Card Nav, would notify me of my purchases as soon as the purchase was made before I even left the store. The bank notified me the next day. I don't like that at all. :(

I just opened an account at the Londonderry NH Branch. Chase Reilley is amazing. He was so kind when I was having difficulty completing some of the work on the computer. (I am 79) I kept apologizing and he would keep saying that I was doing fine. I have worked in customer service Call centers all my working life. I know when I get good customer service. Chase is amazing . Saint Mary's Bank It's very lucky to have such a great employee. I am looking forward to working with my new bank.
