I'm switching from an iPhone to an Android, and the app I used to track 80DO is different, so it's taking some getting used to. I like the ability to track weight and measurements on this one, but would like the ability to switch out the colors of the bands and be able to add more band options since I have a different brand. The other app let me do this and allowed me to adjust the amount of resistance shown for each color as well. If that option was in there it would be a 5 star review.

This app has been very helpful to me with my program, though I might suggest a couple of improvements. 1) The ability to set a default time for your meals so when you select the same workout block, the other meal times follow according to your history or settings. 2) The ability to actually input the foods you intend to eat, like a meal planner (something more user friendly than just notes). 3) The ability to move the containers (represented as hearts) to different meal options.

This app is pretty great. It makes timed nutrition seemless by laying it out for you based on when you plan to workout. I love that you can track your meals and weights/loops. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5 are the following: the app doesn't track water; it doesn't allow you to add additional containers to your meals when you don't follow the plan perfectly so you can look back and see where you need to improve; and you can't adjust your waking/bedtimes easily. Nice overall!
