I started the Transform:20 exercise program and I am using this app to track my exercises, food intake and weight. This app is Great! It has the ability to store the data so you can compare your results each day. It allows you to track your food intake using the color coding system. It has the foods listed under each color so you can see which foods belong to that color and the quantity for each portion. This helps keep you on track with calculating for foods that don't fit in the containers.

Decent app! The only thing is, I would really love a spot to take notes, and having started on an off day, I did the sample workouts a few times, planning to start day 1 officially on a Monday... it would be great if there were a place to keep track of these or any other bonus workouts or notes INDEPENDENTLY of the daily workouts.

Love this app! It definitely makes keeping track of everything super easy! LOL now, if you just added recipes and some e to cook for me, it would amazing!!!
