How does it work?

Protegida operates on 4 lines of action:

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PREVENTION - MONITORING AND ASSISTANCE – MY ENVIRONMENT –– SPECIAL SERVICES

PREVENTION with tools that empower women with passive-active alerts to anticipate and prevent situations of insecurity or violence.

• JOIN ME: It's your virtual guardian: Allows you to choose a destination or transit time that triggers a countdown where a virtual guardian supervises the arrival at the declared destination. If this is not done, an SOS emergency is sent to the attention or monitoring center.
• Notice of arrival “ARRIVES WELL” at home, school or work.
• The MY GROUP function allows the coordinators to locate the different users in real time and know their current position and location history.
• VIRTUAL GEO-FENCES: The group coordinator will be able to create virtual fences and receive push notifications upon entry or exit from frequent sites.
• Additional BATTERY LEVEL and ACTIVITY CONTROLS to notify when the App stops reporting.

MONITORING AND ASSISTANCE to act immediately and effectively, providing care and support to the victim during the emergency.

• S.O.S. button: panic button with emergency location and multimedia report: photo, audio, video and text.
• Assistance button: to request help and support from the service center.

MY ENVIRONMENT

The Protected App also has a MAP that allows knowing the ENVIRONMENT where the user is located, allowing her and other Protected users to report dangerous sites and make different anonymous complaints that are located on the MAP. In this way, Protected becomes a PROTECTION NETWORK for her and her entire community, being able to be warned in time and also warn other users of various dangers in her vicinity.
