LOVE thay the app will create routines for me (that was my biggest hurdle...coming up with new routines). but the app causes my streaming music apps to shut down and crash. so the past couple mornings, I've wasted at least 20 mins through out my routine trying to get music apps to restart. just like my workout routine, i want it to be fresh. same with my music playlist, i want it to be fresh and not listen to the same songs over and over. so that why im not a big fan of downlaoding a preset list.

Interesting app and theory but poorly executed. I like the philosophy behind the app and have been using it for a few months but it does have significant pitfalls. Unable to track progress through the weeks. Specifying whether a lift was easy, medium, hard, or failure seems to have no bearing on next week's load. I selected a failure on one exercise only to have the load increased by 10% while set and rep range stated the same.

I really like the app, great workout plan, nice layout, and no annoying ads. Completed week 1, but I cant get pass to week 2. The app wants you to leave a feedback to move on to week two. I contacted support, but I haven't received a response. Cons: the app doesn't save your progress. You can't enter the workout you completed or edit the weights.
