The Qatrub Triangle application includes Qatrub Triangle systems, which are systems whose idea is based on combining three words into serial syllables (triangles), in which the meaning of the word changes by changing the formation of one letter, starting with the fatha, then the kasra, then the dam.
Qatrab triangle is based on a linguistic-semantic study of vocabulary that agrees in morphological structure in terms of the arrangement of letters but differs in their movements.
They are called triangles because they combine three words into a group, and their meanings change according to their movements
It was established by Abu Ali Muhammad bin Al-Mustanir, known as Qutrub, and it was named after him
He was the first to write in this field. He wrote a booklet that included thirty-two triangular phrases, in which he began with the group (Al-Ghumr, Al-Ghumr, Al-Ghumr), and ended with the group (Al-Sul, Al-Sul, Al-Sul), and arranged them in ascending order, starting with the lightest movements, which are The fatha and ends with the heavier one, which is the dhamma. Then he cites evidence from the Qur’an, hadith, poetry, or the speech of the Arabs for the single word. Qatrub followed others, such as Al-Batalyusi, Al-Khatib, and Al-Balansi, with works that surpassed him in terms of the number of words studied and their diversity.
Qatrab wrote his triangles in prose, and after him came Ibn Zurayq, who organized them into the Qatrab Triangles system, including an explanation of the vocabulary.
