Smartbuy has the worst service and overrated I bought a product online:1- Not recieved the product on the mentioned date. 2-Very bad customer service, they kept me on hold for a longtime and promised to deliver the product on the next day but nothing happened 3- They say that they will call back and no one calls back. 4-I asked the customer service guy to call the management and get back to me and keep ignoring all my requests I'll never buy anything again from Smartbuy.

The app is not polished at all, it not even ready for the consumer! Every time I want to buy something it would be sold out. Put a badge on the products that are sold out, or better, don't include them in the app! How you can make an app less ready than this one is beyond me.

needs much to be done in terms of app and customer service. first i made and order and total price including delivery apeared clearly on both the email and site however upon delivery i was shocked when invoice was marked up for "sales tax" and despite showing the online site and confirmation ema and the delivery guy call to mangers they insisted on thier fault and shortcomings as standard!!!
