About this game

Indroduction:
♦This game is a variation of classic In-Between (also known as Acey-Deucey) game played with 2 or more players.

Objective:
♦The objective of the game is to predict whether a third drawn card will fall between the given two cards in rank.
♦The rank of cards are in below order:
2 (low), 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A (high)

Setup
♦A standard 52-card deck is used.
♦The game begins by giving each player 10 coins to start the game.
♦Each player contributes 1 of their coins to the centre pool.
♦The dealer (player) gives two cards face down to each player.

Game Rules:
♦Each player is given a turn to bet starting from left of the dealer.
♦The betting player must decide whether the card drawn will have a rank between his/her two cards and place a bet.
♦The minimum bet is 1 coin.
♦The maximum bet for the first round is 1 coin.
♦The dealer then draws a card from the deck and places it face up.
♦If the drawn card's rank is between the ranks of the his/her cards (Eg: card drawn is 6 and your cards are 5 and 7), the betting player wins his/her bet coins and plus an equal bet from the pool.
♦If the third card's rank is not between the ranks of the his/her cards(Eg: card drawn is 6 and your cards are 8 and 10), the betting player loses the bet, and the bet coins goes to the pool.
♦A new round begins after each player's turn is complete. The cards are shuffled and given to players again.

♦The game is over when you lose all the coins or if the pool is empty.
♦If a player has two equal rank cards (Eg: 2, 2) or consecutive ranks (Eg: 2, 3), then the player gets 1 coin.
♦The betting player has an option to fold, in which case the player loses 1 coin.
♦If every other player loses all the coins except you, then all the coins in the pool will be awarded to you.
