The rewards don't work again. I have two rewards and I can't seem to use them. Cuz apparently £7 is not above £6.

Cannot redeem offers. The 3 stamps for a free burger doesn't work. Despite the conditions being met it says "not applicable" at checkout. The local branch also doesn't have the facility to scan the app to redeem instore. Was none of this tested before launch? What's the point in a loyalty scheme if it's entirely unusable.
