I tried to order ahead today. While trying to pay it took me to a page that says, "Pay only for today or also add additional funds to your wallet for future use". It wouldn't let me past the page until I finally gave in and added $1.80 the lowest dollar amount option. There is no $0 option no skip this page. Once I had my credit card info in it wouldn't let me pay. I'm not sure why since they give you no clue why you can't pay. I ordered in store. Which is better since you get more options.

Placed an order, no way to review the order or cancel it in the app. Only the total $ amount shows up in transaction history. The store had no record of it whatsoever and said there is nothing they can do. I've opened a refund request with support and am waiting for a response. Now I don't trust the app to work next time and won't be using it. Clearly a bad bug.

At first (soft launch) this Noah's App was not working well. Lots of freeze ups, points not being displayed, wasn't able to pay off the App. However, since the grand roll out, everything works great! I especially like the way you can pay cash/credit and still get points, unlike other Apps that require you to buy items from the App. Only negative is you need a lot of points to get a reward but the freebies (having the App) more than compensates. So far, great App!
