From inCV you can create your resume and send it to companies and foundations in a simple, intuitive and adapted way.

Sopra Steria, in collaboration with the Randstad Foundation and the UNIR University, has developed a mobile application for the labor integration of people with intellectual disabilities that allows the preparation of a curriculum in an easy way.


► LOOKING FOR A JOB IS ALSO INCLUSION

You can access the app without logging in, which makes it easier for users to use and learn. In addition, there is a process guide that explains the use of inCV step by step.
There is a gamified menu, without colors and with impersonal messages, and the flows of the app are shown, which are customized and colored as progress is made in the creation of your curriculum.
To make it easier for people with disabilities to add information, this is done through completely logical screens and in which only one piece of information is entered, improving understanding through simple questions.
Optional data can also be added, but only the essential ones are requested as mandatory, thus avoiding blockages that could make use of the app discarded.
There are 4 information flows: personal data (where the photo is included), work experience or professional practices, studies (including non-regulated courses or regulated by specialized institutes) and languages.


► USE THE VOICE RECORDING OPTION

inCV incorporates various elements that, intuitively, improve accessibility.
All text data can be entered using the mobile keyboard or voice recognition, elements that require great care and fine-tuning of their characteristics by the user profile to which the app is directed.



► DOWNLOAD YOUR CV

You can view your CV in PDF format on the screen and download it to the device.
In addition, you can send your CV by email to companies or automatically select Randstad's email, your own or send it by WhatsApp.



► TESTED WITH REAL USERS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES

inCV has been created by employees of Sopra Steria, in collaboration with the UNIR University and, thanks to the advice of the Randstad Foundation, which also facilitated the testing of the application with real users.
