Our personal loans have a minimum repayment period of 1 month and a maximum repayment period of 120 months. The Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a personal loan is the current maximum allowed by NCUA. Our minimum offered personal loan amount is $500 and our maximum offered personal loan amount is $75,000.
Not all applicants may qualify for the most favorable rates or the highest possible loan amounts. Approval and actual loan terms depend on membership eligibility and meeting credit underwriting standards following all consumer protection regulations. Personal loans may not be used for college or post-college education expenses, business or commercial purposes, buying crypto or other speculative investments, gambling, or illegal purposes.

Consider a loan where the borrower receives $7,500 at an APR of 11.99% over 36 months.
The borrower would repay $249.07 every month.
The total amount paid for the loan would be $8,966.52.

I can NEVER get the back of the check to focus in order to do mobile deposit. The front of the check is always super clear but when it come time for me to take a picture of the back it always unfocuses the image. It makes feel like throwing my phone because it is sooooooooo frustrating. How many time do i have to re take a picture. And its not like there is an option to manually take and upload i have to rely on the app. Please find a software to take the pictures. Thanks

Overall, the app works well. My only complaint is that the timeout is SO SHORT that I am constantly forced to sign back in. Repeatedly. It's literally only SECONDS long. Just trying to balance my checkbook is a nightmare because by the time I find a transaction in my check register to mark it off, I've already been logged out again. It ends up taking me five times longer than it should to do something because I am constantly signing back into the app.

Hi Tammy. Thank you for this valuable feedback. We are always working to balance security with convenience. We have our mobile banking app set to automatically log-off after one-minute without use. Keeping the app active will prevent log- off. We hope this helps and we will continue to monitor this type of feedback. Thanks again!

The app keeps crashing in the middle of trying to send a msg to get an answer to a question. 3x in a row, halfway through typing out the message, I get shoved back to the login screen. I use this app because it is more convenient than having to call or drive 30 miles to get to a branch. Fix the damn app.
