Really annoying this pluxee UK card app after upgrading from spree. Never seen unavailable balance message on my balance screen before. I couldn't top up and I couldn't pay. Now I am using my other bank account for my shopping unfortunately. Whose fault is that? Already uninstall/reinstall twice and still the same. I couldn't find below 1 star otherwise I would give that. 😢

I can login just fine but I can't see my balance & can't add a payment card to top up because I'm greeted with the error of "we are unable to retrieve your card balance, please try again". There appears no other way to add a top-up card. I tried the website too and had the same issue. This is not some extreme edge case I'm trying to do here: I just want to top up my black card. Clearly there's been low investment in this product since the development and testing of it are of low quality. Fail.

Was a good app. Now it takes many days for transactions to appear (it used to appear within hours or sometimes straight away), the transaction alert to my phone (to let me know the transaction has gone through) no longer happens, and there should be a record kept in your account of your subtotal each time you spend or top up, not just the current balance. Dissatisfied.
