Aggressively terrible. Doesn't log in some of the time, verification process is a mystery even to your own employees who get thrown under the bus by your error messages, requires email 2 factor immediately after closing the app, has log in bugs, and crashes constantly. I miss the old ugly app. Edit: I'm an app developer - the process does not have to be this bad to maintain my privacy and security. That's a lazy excuse for bad management decisions.

So incredibly awkward to get registered. I used to use the Lawtons app and it worked great, smooth and was fast to refill. This app redirects me to a web page (!) for login EVERY TIME rather than remembering me. App seems ok once you're in, but it's so frustrating to get into I think I'd rather not use it!

Dear Sobeys: Please update your canned response to clear the cache or contact customer support. If everyone has the same problems, chances are it is not us, it is you. I cannot create a "New Account", I can only access services if I "continue as a guest". This is supposed to be easy to use, simpler than calling into the pharmacy. So far calling in on the phone is still the best.
