Redesign slows down ordering (and reordering) considerably. Popup notifications cover buttons and options, taking a long time to go away. Load times have gone way up. App doesn't attempt to pick the closest location, instead it complains you're too far from the one you used last. Even if it's the closest location. A better prompt would be to show the nearest locations and prompt for confirmation. App feels like it was designed by an executive and not someone with a UX background.

Came to the app store just to affirm I see everyone else already saying. Old app layout was better, functioned faster and has little to no issue. This iteration of the app is plagued with bugs and errors. It is faster to drive to location and order via speaker. Having a pop up that interferes with the menu each time you select something is maddening. I don't know if this was designed by committee or some C-suite exec over reached but the net result is the same, you broke a working product.

The app was sooooo easy to use in 2023 and the recent update is not user friendly. Specifically when selecting a location, it's like the app doesn't even know what state I'm in, the search feature is awful as it wants very specific criteria to find the location you're looking for. Previously the app menu was easier to select from, saved locations were easy to choose from, and selecting to repeat prior orders was quick and painless. Please take the app back to its previous glory!
