Network, official application of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications, designed to improve the travel experience of users of Public Transport in Santiago de Chile. The traffic of this application is free for users of Claro, Entel, Movistar and WOM companies.
Red is an App that provides information to users and allows them to share it. This allows:
- Plan a trip by Bus, Metro and MetrotrenNos.
- Know the arrival time of a Bus/Train to a Whereabouts/Station
- Alerts to Users at Bus Stops (detours)
- Report between Users (assess the status of a bus or a Whereabouts)
- Map of areas near your location, shows the buses that are approaching the whereabouts
- Load a beep card! or bip!QR and travel using a QR code

Works perfect and has tons of features to get around Santiago. NFC too slow.

Very intuitive interface, also great to include the use of the Clave Única feature. However, it can be improved, such as enabling the use of a smart watch to pay using NFC or the phone itself instead of using a QR on both devices, which can lead to confusion. Please add the direct NFC payment feature in the future please!

It doesn't work. Always says that there's a problem reading my card and when it can reading my card doesn't works either. I did an upload and it failed to activate. BIP tells me that the value is there and that it is a problem with Pagoya and they tell me that the value is also there and that it is a problem with the RED app 🙉
