The battery percentage is way off. My hearing aids shut off even when it says I have 50% battery power. My left hearing aid drops even when it says i have 100% power. I have to take them out and put them in the case to restart them many times during the day. I know it is not the hearing aids themselves due to the many hours I sometimes get during the week.

Not impressed at all, either the app does not work or hearing aids do not work properly. They do not stay connected to phone, so I have no control over volume. Takes a lot of trying to finally get Bluetooth connection, but it fails within an hour or two. My old aids, Rexton, and that app, were much more reliable and half the cost. No stars!!!!

Hi Jim. Please tap on the 3 lines in the top left of the app > Help > Contact Us and send our support team an email so we can provide troubleshooting steps and/or suggest a different app setup method that will make the app operate like the old Rexton app you referenced.

The Signia app needs lots of work. For example the app should be able to turn your hearing aids on or off or at least restart the Bluetooth connection. The app doesn't seem to respond well to the Bluetooth connection to the hearing aids. It would also be nice if you are streaming audio to your hearing aids that there was a Mute Stream button and something that showed the status of what was being streamed. The app could also be laid out better.

Thanks for the suggestions. We have received similar feature requests and have passed them to our developer. As for resetting the Bluetooth connection, you can cycle the phone's BT off and on as an alternative if something isn't working properly. If your hearing aids are rechargeable and have onboard controls, you can reboot the aids using those.
