Our mobile application provides access to your Signal Financial Federal Credit Union digital services 24/7. You can manage your accounts, cards, payments, bills, and more with your smartphone or tablet. This is a digital branch in the palm of your hand!

Trade Bitcoin, deposit checks, issue a digital card. It all can be done anytime, anywhere right from your phone. Our goal is to provide the digital services you need to enable your financial empowerment.

App improved. Can turn off access to debit or standard Visa w/o in-person or calling. Don't like AI as autocorrect 1 of my memos or mis categorizes type of transaction. No consistency for sending in-app messages, but outside of app can send email. I wish memos I enter from my account would appear on the receiving account (example: ckg to savings). I liked old school info, financial identifiers for stores, companies, etc were listed not just name. App for when bank not open.

Overall, more robust but, navigation and security through the app is FAR worse. No upgrade for my original app, it just kept erroring. I found this all new version on my own when I was checking for an upgrade. Nothing carries over and I had to start from scratch setting up and logging in. Custom options are also unintuitive. Open the app and account balances immediately appear, no biometric ID needed until AFTER they're already visible with option to "add external accounts." Why would I??

Not enough information available when checking on personal loan account. Instead of showing "no payment due" when monthly payment has posted, it should show due date and amount of next payment. One payment sent for August never posted until September, showing 2 September payments and August delinquent!
