App keeps crashing or closing cannot access tickets!!!!! Very very upset. I have tix I cannot get due to app crashing or closing

When I go to manage my tickets it goes back to the beginning. Can't access them at all on the app. I have unistalled, restarted, updated. No luck. Luckily I can see them online.

Keeps shutting down when trying to manage tickets It's still doing this a year later. Won't they correct the issues? Ir is it they just don't care? Not even functional. I have manage on the computer and use email instead of way it was meant to be done.
