Absolutely horrible, no payment options (tried 3 different credit and debit cards) are accepted, you cannot contact anyone, just a very limited bot. You're also obliged to have a RUT, nice way of discriminating any foreigners. Wasted loads of time and couldn't park, so the experience is the opposite of "simple park", any machine would be more reliable.

Primero me obligan a instalar una aplicación para un simple pago de estacionamiento. Luego me obligan a pagar por adelantado porque me consideran un vulgar delincuente que se va sin pagar. Luego, cuando estoy menos tiempo del pagado la aplicación arroja error al poner los datos para la devolución, es un ROBO. El sistema en general no tiene nada de simple y la aplicación debiera llamarse SimpleRobo.

Felicitaciones. Le agregaron dificultad a un proceso simple. Ahora estacionar tiene pasos adicionales y pagar es mas difícil que antes.
