Part of this app, a big part of it, is the coaching. To be honest I was expecting an AI bot for a coach, but it was a live person... who conveniently disappeared once the trial period was over. The app miscalculated my first sleep compression, which my coach corrected but not in the app itself. The app bases your program off of this, so I feel like it's been thrown off by this oversight. No more coach to fix it or answer questions. Can't recommend.

Difficult to cancel. App has cancel subscription, but it merely opens email. Sent email. No response. Was charged another round, which told me after I was charged that I had to cancel in PayPal. Cancellation changes directed me back to the site to do another email. I had to remove PayPal from the payment method. No response to a second email to get my money back

I was so optimistic about this program, but have found the coaching to be pointless. It takes 2 days for my coach to respond, and I wonder if they're using bots - the feedback isn't personalized or specific. Im now on week 7 and despite logging every day and following the lessons, I can't say that my sleep has improved much since I started the program. It's frustrating and very disappointing.
