Mediocre at best. The only thing ONLINE about this app is that you can see items online. That's it. There are no online payment systems. When an item isn't available, they most likely will not tell you till you get your items. The delivery process is a headache! They can't use any navigation programs at all and barely understand directions. The items have never arrived in a clean manner. Shows they really don't care about appearances. Prices maybe good but not worth the headache and the stress

App works fine and the delivery is pretty standard, next day service after ordering. However, there are MANY things OUT OF STOCK so forcing us to go back to supermarkets and theres no AIRTEL PAY OPTION available only MoMo which makes it more expensive! And today I received FAKE toilet paper of a good brand. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO FOR FAKE/IMITATIONS DEAR KIKUUBO or you will lose many of us!!!
