App is trash, UX is catastrophic, can't even scroll down on most screens, chat button irresponsive, etc. Second and last time I'm using them

Terrible Customer service. I would advise to avoid using this platform. They have no idea where exactly is my package and they blame anyone but themselves. Save your money by avoiding them.

I installed because I subscribed shipto to get items. This time, I'd like to inform you that shipto is a friendly and nicer transportation service. Recently I've purchased an electric item. There was a campagne to purchase it then you could get an additional item as free of charge. I tried to get them through other transportation services and expansy, but they refuse to do it BUT shipto could do it then finally it's on the way to ship them. Shipto is my recommendation. Japanese is available.
