This app was great, now there are issues and no way to contact them for support. It won't create reports, and in the past few days I have run into issues with data not being saved/displayed and some other bug-type issues. I have tried reaching out using every email address they have listed online or in the app, and each time my email is returned because the email addresses do not exist. I'm frustrated with the issues I've encountered, but even more frustrated by the lack of support.

We work really hard to get back to everyone asap. It's deeply concerning that you didn't get a response. Is it possible our response went to spam? Sorry that you're having trouble, too. Can you reach out at team@migraineinsight.com or lynn@migraineinsight.com (CEO). We would like to get this addressed right away.

Pretty useful app with easy setup, but needs some UX fixes. For example, triggers like "Heavy computer time" can have the Amount tracked in mg, which makes no sense. For people with desk jobs, there's no way to set a regular amount of computer time, so it has to be entered manually each day. The home screen is way too busy, with far too many options to choose from. Strangely, the very first day I installed the app, I got a migraine. Maybe I jinxed myself? Looking forward to future versions. :)

You can change the 'mg' in the 'More' 'What You're Tracking' section. Yes - the home screen is busy right now with all the tracking and options. Thank you so much for the feedback. This can be simplified. Totally fair. Also - thanks for your kind encouragement on future versions. We LOVE feedback. Got any more? Us: team@migraineinsight.com

Really good app overall. One star removed because logging my sleep manually still closes out of the app and isn't usable, and because pressure shifts are not automatically tracked in regards to the AI telling me my triggers, I have to enter the shifts manually to get it to consider them as a trigger. Update: App updated and sleep still doesn't track but not the UI is much less intuitive especially during a migraine and forces you to choose a number for how severe each symptom is.

Thanks for your review! We changed the app in response to your really helpful comments. We now have one 'overall' severity for each episode (adding severity for each symptom is now optional). Also, the pressure shifts are now automatically tracked, too. Please reach out anytime - team@migraineinsight.com. We really appreciate all feedback.
