Shinhan Bank does not request financial information, including the entire security card number, for reasons such as strengthening security and app updates.
After installing Seoul Biz Pay Shinhan, please disable ‘Settings → Security → Apps from Unknown Sources’ to block installation of harmful apps.
- If the update does not work, please delete the installed Seoul Biz Pay Shinhan and reinstall it.
- It cannot be used on smartphones/tablets that have been modified (rooted).
