I have been using their services since two months. In the beginning of the first plan the person come to wash my car regularly. When I have recharge for second month no one came to wash my car. I have done the payment on 9th Jan 2024 after the payment no one is came for car wash. I have raised my query but didn't get any support from ShineIn team. Worst service ever. It's better to take service from local car wash. Need my refund.

It's a fraud. Had booked a service for Monday. No one comes for the service. E-mailed them. No response. Called them. Atleast 10 times. Neither receiving the calls nor a callback. Even sometimes there was call waiting. I think either it is a fraud or recently closed down operations..m

Worst experience ever had and they even dnt respond to any calls. Firstly they are taking booking and payment and after several calls and follow up getting reply that service is not available in your city. My simple question is that if you are serving in only single city then how can you take bookings from other cities. And much rude behaviour from person on call as if its our mistake that we have paid for service and no where in your app its written that its only available in ahmedabad
