It has potential. I LOVE that they don't shove ads down your throat every 10 seconds. I LOVE that they don't PUSH ads really hard. Buttttttt. I hate that I've put so much time and (virtual) money into this game and I'm only level 3? I think the leveling system needs redone. I've done too much to only be level 3. I very much enjoy this game and intend to keep playing until it becomes repetitive.

The game's spending balance isn't ideal, from finishing the 1st area and moving onto the second, my time on the game is spent like this: I go offline for multiple hours, go back in, do 3-5 upgrades, and log back off again. I have to constantly rely on watching ads for even 1-2 extra upgrades. It doesn't even feel like playing a game anymore. It used to be so fun at the start, I don't know why the ratio / gap of rent earned and money needed for upgrades are getting bigger.

Idk I love and hate the game. The game is very addicting. I like adding new improvements to the apartments and I found out that there is going to be a whole city by the time I finish. The fact that you also do tiny missions on the side with tenants makes it way more fun. My problem is the money. I love watching videos for money; but even with the videos, its going to take forever to make enough money to keep doing alot of repairs at a time. I can't make more than 10 repairs.
