Crohn's & Colitis diet

I think this is great! UC is overwhelming and just hard to know what you you can eat. At first diagnosed you feel like you can't eat anything and all your favorite foods are eliminated.. meals that have pizzazz like these are well thought and make me feel I may be able to enjoy food like I do without dying inside physically. Thank you app creator for taking the time to help others. I appreciate you.

Love it!! For the first time I've found very helpful ideas on what to eat to help with flares. Will definitely recommend to anyone I ever come across who suffers with chrons
