Devarshi Narad climbed on the dhemki. Press the dhemki and go around the fourteen worlds. Seeing many Shivlings, he worshiped one after another. Then he wanted to know the theory of Mahatma Shiva. While remembering the form of Maheshwar, he approached Brahma and offered his mindfulness. Butterfly Brahma revealed the sin-destroying Shiva theory.

Devarshi Narad later taught that theory to his disciple Mahamuni Bedavas. He informed the disciple Suta Muni about that theory. Suta Muni later, in response to the questions of the Munis of Naimisharanya, chanted all the various leelas of Devadidev Maheshwar.

How did Nirgun Maheshwar become Sagun in the world? How does he live if the world is in ruins before the creation of the world? How is he pleased, how does he bear fruit when pleased? The answers to these questions and various theories have been described in this Shiva Purana.
