Try to link my bonuslink to the app. I got the OTP but can't type the OTP so the app can link to my bonuslink. However I can type the OTP for login. The back button make me have to re-login again. Who ever design the app surely fail to provide a better user experience. Please fixed this.

Payment is a horrible experience. Get a proper iT company to do it for u. Petronas, Caltex, Petron , BHP all have better app whose payment process is a breeze. SHELL's payment process is horribly long. Take's a long time while the queue of cars is increasing

rubbish, app always not located the station, once to use cashier, the bonuslink was unkwon.. so frusted with the app, how many i waste the point just like due rushing of time... please make it better, thos shell ma, not 5..
