App gave me a server error message when booking, when in fact they had booked out for the rest day. There definitely was no Indication that they were booked out on the app. I was not happy to find this out in person after driving 20 minutes through peak hour traffic.. The person working at the store mentioned that this happens a lot, so why has nothing been done? Very frustrating, seems like a basic function that has just been overlooked

Same as others, app keeps failing to load. Need to clear all cache and app data every time you wish to open it. Started happening after a security update 6 months ago. Get your app fixed, or set up online bookings instead so we don't have to use this cancer. If my barber was to go elsewhere, so too would I. Also, when a barber is fully booked it will not say so, the error returned when you check wait time is simply "our server returned an error. Try again later". Trash.

Absolute dogshit app. You can't make a booking without the app and yet you can't book via the app as its broken. Keeps saying it will send a text verification code but never does. Just go to a different barber and save yourself the trouble.
