Honestly it's really troublesome to have to record the points using a mobile phone and then credit into the app. Can't you just make the app much more user friendly ie. just scan and voila! Points credited into account. Furthermore, I find that there's no point rewarding your customers and then set an expiry date for the points. Ridiculous and frustrating to know that the accumulated points expired when you wanna use it!

Lot of error. i don't know how to explain this but I can't even set up my own account. i started to made account using my email which is exactly the same and it requires a 2 factor authentication by sending the verification code but my email did not received it at all. I've tried it 3 times and I've checked my email address which is exactly the same but it still didn't work. hope they fix this and be more serious.

Very bad app , the cashier cannot click in the point, also only a few outlet do pick up 😪 not all , also cannot redeem the reward, very disappointed.... don't make your app ASAL ADA, but make it useable to your customer or not better you don't have to create your own app, please hire the professional & talented one to build your app
