Super laggy (I can click stuff on 20GB+ sized apps way easier compared to Shopee), annoying ads, also no option to turn off auto play. I just want to browse through shops without the app eating all of my data so quickly. If the the thumbnail is interesting, then I'll click and watch it. I really don't want some random pimple popping videos immediately playing the moment It's on my screen just because I browsed skincare products previously. Also search function is inconvenient.

Hi mam Please try logging out and back into your account, clearing the Shopee app cache, & restarting your phone periodically. make sure your internet connection is stable & updated to the latest version. Since the update made the Live&Video to be the starter page, the apps become super laggy and slow. Please make the system back like how it used to be, just put Home as the starter page! I can't do task like searching items to buy and shopping process in fast pace like before. Putting the Live&Video as starter page doesn't tempt me to shop even more since it takes forever for the apps to proceed the videos, so what's the point of you doing this??

Really horrible app. Has a ton of ad pop ups that are super annoying. While browsing for products the app plays videos of the product which drains your internet data plan. There's also no option to turn those videos off. While adding lots of items to the cart you can't select all and remove them at the same time. You have to remove per item. Claims that you get a coupon if the order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery date. Instead shopee cancels the order. Unbelievable this app is.
