MEGA MART history goes back to 1981 when Nongshim-Ga, a subsidiary of Nongshim, started a supermarket business in South Korea. In 1995, MEGA MART was first opened in Busan, South Korea. As a result of continuous efforts and investments in research and study, we have led the market and have grown steadily to operate 12 stores in South Korean and three (3) in China. And as of the spring of 2009, the first MEGA MART in the US has opened right here in the heart of Gwinnett.
