Such a helpful app. Highly recommend. The representatives are so helpful and honest in their opnion. Booked my pyramid guide trip and cant recommend it enough!

Tried two different cc's from major US banks - none went thru...now there's a pop up window asking to update which can't be ignored or cancelled, quite frustrating...

We have fixed the pop up window, there should be no issues accessing the app now.
With regards to your payment issue, this was escalated yesterday to our tech team who got in touch with you right away to explain that there were no issues from the app.
